Absolutely not! This course is designed for any athlete/individual who is looking for start to finish guidance on how to to best use the Concept 2 Erg, a breakdown of rowing technique/fundamentals, and a high level overview of training to begin to take ownership of their rowing performances! Individuals between 0 to 3 years of experience on the Concept 2 Erg are best suited for this course.
The majority of the course is centered around base level set up, technique, & training. In Module 2 (Set Up), Module 3 (Technique & Performance), and Module 4 (Training & Assessing) we dive deep into everything an athlete will need to know to feel confident with their rowing and set up an effective training program.
We have tons of free resources available online via YouTube, Instagram, and the ATT Training Podcast, for athletes who are looking to continue to evolve their rowing knowledge past this course.
